STIPULATIONS 1. Each Purchaser is to forthwith make and afterwards to maintain the boundary fences on the sides of his lot marked T within the boundary. 2. In erection of houses the building line shall be adhered to and all fences outside the building line shall not be more than six feet high. 3. No business shall be carried on in any building to be erected on any of the plots (excepting those marked as shop plots and tavern plot) and the same shall be used for private dwellinghouses only on the plots marked as shop plots and tavern plot only the particular trade for which such plots may be respectively sold shall be carried on on such portion of the Vendors estate as is south of the Crescent Road. 4. No dwellinghouse shall be erected which with its appropriate offices but exclusive of the value of the land shall be of less value than three hundred pounds. 5. The corners of the roads are struck with a radius of six feet with the exception of the corners at plots 76, 103, 158 and 201 which are struck with a twelve feet radius. 6. The frontage of plots to the Pelly Road shall not be used for the erection of dwellinghouses. 6a. No excavation of sand gravel clay or other earth shall be made on any plot except where necessary for the foundation of a house or other building.
